Sustainable Cottenham organises a wide range of events including Repair Cafes, litter-picks, information evenings, thermal imaging surveys, clothing swaps and yard sales. We are always looking for more people with energy and enthusiasm to help organise – please get in touch! Sunday 13th September 11am – 3pm FruitFest harvest event (details to be confirmed), Cottenham Village Hall, Lambs Lane
We are working with Cambridge Sustainable Food to put on an event where locals can bring surplus fruit and other produce for distribution to local social food projects, including the Community Centre Café. There’ll be a cookery demonstration by Waste Not Rowen. Save the date and get in touch if you are interested in getting involved – more details here.
