We had some good chats about food waste with Cottenham folk in the library this morning, and picked up a great tip for this hot weather from a junior resident. As well as freezing watermelon slices he also likes to make a watermelon sorbet with a bit of honey added - a great way to stay cool and make sure you can finish your watermelon with no waste! 🙌 ...
